SUP Core Fitness Sessions
Bootcamp on the water!
Stand Up Paddle Boarding is unique in that it combines balance, strength, power and coordination. It is quite simply the ultimate core body workout and the secret to total body fitness is having a sturdy core. Whether you are pursuing that six pack, want to get fit for summer, are cross training for other sports or want to meet people and have fun, then our SUP Core Fitness sessions are for you!
The core fitness sessions incorporate everything you would do on a fit ball in a gym and a whole lot more. Squats, planks, reverse sit-ups, accordions, push up's, sprint paddle and fun!
6am for a 6.15am start Tuesday and Thursday. Sessions finish at 7.15am so there is plenty of time to get to work. 9.30am Saturday morning.
2hr group lesson and 8 SUP Core Fitness sessions for only $199 (saves you $61) or $25 per session.
