We have many different booking times on offer for our SUP lessons and hire. However, we always recommend booking an early morning session to take advantage of the favourable light wind conditions!

Our Melbourne SUP school is accredited by Academy of Surfing (ASI) and our staff are qualified ASI instructors. Here at SUPHQ, we are open every Saturday and Sundays. Public holidays may not be open so keep an eye out on our socials or on Google’s “Updates” tab (weather depending).
