SUP Fitness Class for the Carlton Footy Club!! 28/4/2013
A big thanks to the Carlton Footy Team who popped down for a Stand Up Paddle Fitness class conducted entirely on the water!

Lots of push ups, sit ups, squats and paddling for the team left a few boys breathless after an intense one hour session at St Kilda Pier.

If you are looking to get a group together or your team/group of friends down for a SUP fitness class/recovery session, please give us a call on 0416 184 944 and we can tailor a program to suit your training needs! Mimimum of four persons needed for the class.

You don't need to have done a Stand Up Paddle Boarding lesson before, we will teach you in the class.
